New West Farmer's Market - April & September 2026

The market runs from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Performance time will be confirmed closer to the date. Dates:

• Thursday, April 9, 2026 – Tipperary Park

• Thursday, September 3, 2026 – Tipperary Park

Daily Schedule (subject to change):

• 1:00 pm - Meet at Studio (load gear, drive to site)

• 2:00 pm - Start set up

• 3:00 pm - Market Starts

  • Performance (Time TBC)

• 7:00 pm - Market Ends (pack up)

Ways to get involved:

1. General Volunteer

   • Help load gear at the studio at 1:00 p.m.

   • Arrive at the event by 2:00 p.m.

   • Help as needed at the event

   • Stick around to help pack up from 7:00–8:00 p.m.

     ​

2. Mechanics of Music Booth

   1. Arrive at the event by 2:30 p.m.

   2. Help at the Mechanics of Music Info booth

   3. Share your love of Mechanics of Music with potential clients

       

3. Rock Band Performer

   1. Be set up and ready to rock by 2:30 p.m.

   2. Join the Rock Star Crew for the performance set(s).
