SOUND PLAYGROUND AND STUDENT PERFORMANCE
We’re excited to announce the Mechanics of Music Street Sessions happening at Uptown Plaza in New West.
-
We’ll be set up at the plaza from 12:00 to 3:00 pm
-
We'll also need assistance with the information booth from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm.

For those that are able, we could also use help loading gear (meet at the studio at 8:00 am).

Here are the ways to get involved:

General Volunteer

Help load gear at the studio at 9:00 a.m.

Arrive at the event by 10:00 a.m.

Help as needed at the event

Stick around to help pack up from 3:00–4:00 p.m.

Sound Playground Crew
-
Arrive at the event by 11:30 a.m.
-
Help at one of our tents (ukulele, piano, guitar, percussion).

Show people a few basics and encourage them to try the instruments.

Ensure instruments are handled with care

The holiday market is a great chance to get out into the community and bring some festive cheer!

We’ll be performing at the market from 12:00 to 12:15 pm and again from 2:00 to 2:15 pm.

We'll also need assistance with the information booth from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

For those that are able, we could also use help loading gear (meet at the studio at 8:00 am).

The market will be set up on the street just outside the New West City Hall. There is parking at City Hall and in the streets around City Hall.
